Stamped parts

Heraeus stands for economical, customer specific solutions in the area of stamping and stamping-bending technology for a wide variety of industries.
The business unit Special Metals Technology produces stampings for use in lighting technology, for example. Here spacers made of Ta find application in infrared emitters.
Refractory metals (such as tantalum and niobium), stainless steels and copper or aluminum based alloys are all available at Heraeus.
Automatic stamping machines are characterized by a broad performance spectrum, are quick to retool and extremely precise.
Comprehensive advance consultation, including a detailed feasibility study, is a matter of course with Heraeus, as is personal supervision by a project manager after the contract has been awarded. Development and design of the tools, including the production of prototypes and samples, is done in Heraeus’ own tooling shop.
Close consultation with all the parties concerned guarantees maximum precision during processing and results in products with a uniformly high quality standard.
